Our Team


Our team is here to help. We understand how important is to speak to a live person when you call. You will never have to worry about an automated system. A Team member will always be available to take your call and assist you in any way possible.

We take the time to listen to our clients. We truly care about our clients and want to understand their concerns, questions and comments.

Our goal is to be fully involved and work together with the Board guiding them to make the best decision on behalf of your Community. We strive to make a difference in your Community for the betterment of all Residents.


Our accredited team has the knowledge and experience needed to carry out the day-to-day tasks of your community. We continue to grow professionally with ongoing training, attending seminars and trade shows, and memberships in several organizations. We also ensure that the knowledge of our clients continues to grow by hosting seminars throughout the year on a vast array of topics. 4 Star Property Management keeps their focus on hiring and training highly qualified personnel to provide service that outranks the competitor. We recognize that your home/community is your most important investment and we treat it as such.


Team Members


  • Susan Walker - Owner/Bookkeeper

  • Susan Walker is the Owner and founder of 4 Star Property Management. She has been in the industry since 1978. Susan is a graduate of Northampton High School and Northampton County Community College. She obtained a Secondary Education, Math Teaching Certificate from East Stroudsburg University. She also took additional Accounting and Business Law Classes. She has handled bookkeeping for 60+ communities/clients at one time.
  • Christine M. Gensey - Community Manager

  • Christine has been a local realtor for many years. She has experience with community relations and is a paperwork guru. She is knowledgeable in many aspects of management from new construction to being a team lead. Christine graduated in 1991 from a small private school in South Jersey and then went on and continued her education and finally Real Estate School. Christine is active with the Culture Committee and her family.
  • Robert Radaker - Community Manager

  • Former Eagle Scout Bob Radaker is a graduate of the Milton Hershey School. He obtained a Associate Degree in Electrical and Electronic Technology from Pennsylvania State University. His technical background and project management experience, strong communication and problem resolutions skills are very useful in managing properties. Bob is currently working on receiving his M100 certification. Bob is active in church leadership and choir. His leisure activities include golf, outdoor sports and collecting.

  • Erin Ullom - Community Manager

  • With having over 10 years of experience in management and her strong marketing background, Erin can deliver strong resource management, strategic planning, and excellent customer service. She has a degree in Public Relations/Communications which has sprung her into a career involved around working with people and her community. Erin will put her organizational mindset to work and provide her clients with a unique prospective to property management.
